The ideal candidate will act as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.
Focusing on growth to enable rapid scaling towards our breakeven goal
Developing and executing our marketing strategy to maximise ROI and scale from all acquisition channels to support our growth
Building a solid test and learn growth process through the acquisition funnel
Unlocking new channels whilst optimising and maximising our existing channels to improve CLTV:CAC ratio as we scale
Hire and manage marketing team
Creating and evolving attribution models and processes
Forecasting and modelling across multiple acquisition channels to align with commercial goals and objectives
Owning our martech strategy and implementation to ensure we are using best-in-class tools to improve performance across all channels
Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
Track record of growing multiple acquisitions channels
3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience agency or client side
knowledgeable on SEO best practices and how to implement them
Experience scaling in a startup environment
Expert knowledge and experience of how to leverage creative to maximise acquisition ROI
Experience with email marketing and driving conversions through solid CRM strategies
Experienced in collaborating with product teams and sitting in cross functional growth teams
Strong attitude of experimentation and willingness to constantly be looking at and evaluating new platforms
Strong communication and presentation skill
Strong linkage with the Pixie business and mission statement
Passionate about independent businesses and use them wherever possible (If you’re an avid Amazon user you won’t enjoy working at Pixie)
Self-motivated, self-starter, good follow-through, and able to meet deadlines
Problem solve and troubleshoot skills

Currently the entire team is working predominantly from home, but we've always offered a flexible working environment where you can work from home when you need to and would continue to do so in the future.
