Brittany-Born baker Richard Bertinet shares his craft through internationally renowned classes at his cookery school on St. Andrews Terrace. Enjoy a hands on approach to bread making from the chef, authour and TV personality while creating memories to take home with you. Passionate, patient and charming, the baker extraordinaire is a character well-loved with locals, boasting two bakery shops in the city, which you can treat yourself to when you’re on the go. Adopting Bath as his home city and a lifelong rugby fan, Bertinet invites students from all over the world to take his cookery and baking courses. Taking things slow and getting back to basics is the Bertinet way to producing great bread, encouraging his pupils to have fun with his infectious passion for the art of baking, with everyone guaranteed to leave with a new trick in the kitchen, a smile on their face and a full belly.
