Stanza fitness is the brainchild of personal trainers Carl, Abi and Ben and in an industry seemingly dominated by outlandish claims and misinformation, this trio of trainers are here to inform, educate and support their clients whether you are new to fitness or an athlete looking for extra help and support. As well as being an open gym, with an industrial-chic interior and amazing coffee, Stanza Fitness offers a range of classes from 'Fight Club' to 'Stanza Mums' a class especially for mamas and their little ones. With a choice of day passes, weekly and monthly memberships, as well 1-2-1 coaching, and online training there really is something for everyone from this team of exercise experts.
