Society Cafe - The Corridor

Sitting in a prime central spot Society Café is an extremely welcome addition to Bath’s High Street, providing the perfect place to get a cup of exceptionally good coffee, loose leaf tea or a light snack while in the centre of town. Although smaller than its sister store in Kingsmead Square, the high street café pays just as much attention to its coffee, atmosphere and service. Sourced directly from coffee farms all over the world to ensure fair trade for all involved, the house coffee changes 4 times a year, while ever changing guest coffees and areopress are always available. Loose leaf teas are carefully sourced from tea traders in Bath and the food, ranging from cakes to light sandwich lunches, are made locally and delivered daily. Although perfectly located for a quick takeaway beverage or bite to eat, there’s more to this Society Café than meets the eye. Descend the stairs and you’ll find a really quiet space in which to work, meet friends or colleagues or just hide from the hustle and bustle of the high street. Few people know this space exists, therefore you can (almost) always guarantee a table.
