NOOK - Bath

The idea for Nook came when the owners were sat in Byron Bay, and they decided to open a vibrant café with delicious, nourishing food and drinks, just like the ones found all over Australia. Nook first opened in Frome and has now expanded into brilliant Bath! Using flavours from both California and Japan, the menu here is colourful and will not only taste great, but make you feel great too. With plenty of options, there is something delicious to try no matter what time of day you visit — for breakfast why not grab a bowl of raspberry and almond porridge or maybe an acai bowl? Or maybe you’re in the mood for a salmon poke bowl, full of flavour, or perhaps the aubergine broth bowl. Everything is fresh and incredible, you’ll want to go back time and time again!
