There are lots of dishes to try - maybe you go for the Mushroom Tibsi, a vegan Ethiopian dish made from mushrooms, onions and 'niter kibbeh’, an Ethiopian spiced clarified butter. Or perhaps the national dish of Somalia will take your fancy — the Hillib iyo Baris, mutton chops tenderised in Maraq, a Somalian spiced broth.
