Dutch Boy Coffee & Waffle Company
On a small side street in Bath, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, lies Dutch Boy Waffles. The space is warm and cosy and with the help of a fireplace that will be roaring on colder days and good tunes playing, you feel as if you’re in the most relaxed living room. But of course, the main attraction is the coffee and waffles.
The business began in tropical Bali, before moving to beloved Bath, first at the Green Park Station weekly markets and now as the beautiful café. The stroopwafels are a Dutch classic and with just one bite, gooey and decadent, you’re transported to Holland. What makes the Dutch Boy waffles truly special though is the unusual flavours and toppings on offer. The original will always satisfy, but why not give seasalt, chocolate or coffee flavours a go. Or perhaps you want to play with toppings? Freshly made and warm, top your stroopwafel with marshmallow, M&Ms, or maybe fudge, for an extra sweet treat. Serving speciality coffee too, Dutch Boy Waffles is certainly somewhere you’ll keep on returning to!
“We use fresh locally sourced ingredients and add unique flavours and toppings to every waffle, for something completely different.”
